What you will be doing as a Management assistant
- Organising, and following up after meetings.
- Administrating Financial and HR requests from the Chairman and board, and Retail Manager.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Collaborating in the processes with the Legal and Procurement team.
- Writing reports and preparing presentations.
- Managing office space and facilities on a daily basis.
