What you will be doing as a Loyalty specialist Baltics:
- Being part of the Baltic Marketing team and supporting the IKEA Family loyalty programme in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
- Coordinating and creating direct marketing campaigns in an optimal way by managing the advertising materials.
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Stores) and building sustainable relationships.
- Analysing large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that can drive decision-making.
- Translating data analysis into clear, practical recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Initiating and leading new projects based on data-driven insights to continuously improve loyalty programme performance.
- Building customer loyalty through direct marketing campaigns, creating and implementing new IT systems.
- Taking responsibility for various projects, which include planning, briefing, communicating with all stakeholders.
- Taking responsibility for implementation, securing the time plan and evaluating results.
- Analysing and reporting on customer situation, tracking results of campaigns, monitoring competitors.
- Gaining advantage from common teamwork with creative and technical teams in preparation of the material for communication channels.

- Have knowledge and experience in project management (creation and coordination of direct marketing campaigns), strong analytical skills.
- Feel confident in initiating and implementing projects based on data-driven recommendations.
- Excel at interpreting large and complex data sets to discover meaningful trends and patterns.
- Have the ability to transform analytical insights into concrete actions and measurable results.
- Know how to run targeted offering and communication campaigns.
- Have experience working closely with IT department to technically set up and maintain loyalty programme activities.
- Have experience working with Google Analytics and Excel in planning, organising, coordinating, reporting.
- Have experience working with CRM.
- Are strongly focused on customer experience and passionate about people, home furnishing and life at home.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and build trustful relations with co-workers.
- Embrace the opportunity to be self-driven with a hands-on mentality.
- Have an analytical mind and willingness to learn continuously.
- Enjoy working in a constantly changing, multicultural work environment.
- Possess fluent written and spoken proficiency in the English language.

Salary: 2000-2600 €/month gross, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
