What you will be doing as a Junior IT Specialist

• Take care of daily IT tasks by following clear processes, rules and guidelines;

• Support local IT helpdesk tickets, including hardware, telephony and various software-related issues;

• IT equipment (Retail IT components) full lifecycle (setup, install, replace and remove);

• Create and update documentation for IT solutions and processes;

• Take part in different IT projects across the company;

• Work closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth everyday operations;

• Provide IT support mainly for the Vilnius store, while also supporting other IKEA units in Lithuania when needed;

• From time to time, there may be an opportunity to travel to other cities to help maintain and support on-site IT equipment.
