What you will be doing as a Digital Marketing Project Manager

• Develop new and existing online media channels based on the trends in the Baltics.

• Secure effective strategy implementation, analyze and suggest advertising ways in online media channels.

• Build annual activity plan to reach brand awareness and higher engagement with the customers.

• Monitor results in relationship with content quality and influence. Manage and track budget.

• Track the changing users’ habits and identify consumer trends to be aligned in online media marketing communication.

• Tight cooperation with Paid media partners to ensure smooth strategy implementation for users’ engagement and new followers’ base growth.

• Close partnership with Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, Web and other colleagues while reaching out for same objectives.

• Continuous analysis of competition and monitoring of IKEA worldwide Digital Media communication to improve the tactics in the Baltics.

• At least 2 years of experience in working with online media channels management, deep knowledge of media platforms and understanding of technicalities.

• High energy, proactive, highly responsible and have a sense of urgency.

• Proven ability to work in a team, experience in working with social media agencies and influencers.

• Ability to work in fast moving environment and deliver business goals. Ability to take holistic view of the organization and identify business opportunities.

• Possess a creative mindset and ability to challenge common ways of thinking.

• Possess fluent written and spoken knowledge of English language.
